• Server logs. Like every website, ours sees the visiting IP address, the browser's user-agent string, which URL was asked for, where the click came from, and a timestamp. The hosting provider keeps these logs for security and fault finding.
• Cookies. Four technical cookies of our own, listed in the cookie policy: two on every page and two more when you follow a partner link.
• Your emails. An email you send reaches us with your address and its contents.

Nothing else. The site has no accounts, no registration and no newsletter, and it runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Some older pages still show forms left over from an earlier version of the site; they are not connected to a mailbox, so please use email instead.

The publisher is based in Gibraltar and the site's servers may be outside Canada, so your data can be processed in other countries. We expect our providers to protect it to a standard comparable with the law of the country you are in.

Server logs are rotated after a short period; they exist for security and troubleshooting. Cookies expire as shown in the cookie policy, or sooner if you delete them. Emails are deleted once the matter is closed, unless we need them to deal with a legal claim.
